Our MustLuvDogs® Guarantee
MustLuvDogs® guarantees our products against defects in construction and materials for a period of 30 days. Damages due to normal wear and tear, chewing, rips and tears, accidents caused through the unexpected behaviour of your dog or through misuse and/or neglect to follow proper use and care instructions are not covered.

To ensure you have purchased an authentic MustLuvDogs® Cool Coat™, look for our black and white dog logo sewn on all of our coats. We do not allow retailers to label our coats with their company name or logo. If the coat does not have a MustLuvDogs® logo on it then the coat is not a genuine MustLuvDogs® coat.

Before Ordering
Please measure your dog and refer to the Sizing Chart to determine the appropriate size before you purchase. (If the size is marginal, a larger size is recommended).

Payment
Our PayPal Shopping Cart allows you to pay for your order with most major credit cards. Your credit card payment is processed when your order is placed.

Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars. USA and International orders will be charged in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will do the exchange from Canadian to U.S. or Euros when your order is processed.

Taxes & Shipping
Canadian orders are subject to applicable taxes. For USA and international orders – MustLuvDogs® is not responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, or additional fees which may be levied by the destination country. This will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping charges to Canada and USA will be automatically added to your order upon checkout. All orders are shipped via Canada Post – Expedited Service (traceable) on our next shipping day. We ship Tuesdays and Fridays.

For international orders actual shipping charges apply.  A PayPal invoice will be emailed to you when your order has been packaged and is ready to go. Shipping charges must be paid prior to your order being released for shipping.

Damages
If a package arrives damaged, the customer is to refuse the package. If the customer signs for and keeps the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to note the damage when signing for the package, so that they may file a claim with the carrier.

Returns
If your purchase was made through other online or authorized resellers, please contact them directly for their specific return policy.

If your purchase was made directly through MustLuvDogs.ca website or our mobile store, whether it is a size or quality issue, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us right away. You may return the item within 30 days for a refund (less shipping fees).

Conditions for product returns:

1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. A copy of your original receipt must acompany product return.
3. All returns must be in new, unused, saleable condition and in the original packaging.
4. We cannot accept product for return if it has been used (i.e. soaked in water, damaged or soiled). Please remember to fit the Cool Coat™ on your dog first before soaking the coat in water.
5. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.
6. Replacement items will be shipped after MustLuvDogs® has received and approved the customer’s return. The customer is responsible to pay the return shipping plus any additional shipping charges incurred for product return or exchange. A new tracking number will be sent to customer for the replacement item when it is shipped.

Privacy
MustLuvDogs® will never sell, rent, or use your name, email address and/or phone number to anyone for any reason, at any time. This information is strictly used to complete your order.

All Canadian and USA trademarks displayed on this website are the exclusive property of MustLuvDogs® Inc. These trademarks include, but are not limited to product brand names, slogans and logos, including Cool Coats™, Beat the Heat™ and MustLuvDogs®. The unauthorized use of any trademark displayed on this site is strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted.
